A perfect early spring tour. Join us to visit Jim at his ultramodern sugar camp: close to the road with easy access. You will learn about modern technology including the collection of sap by pipeline and the use of reverse osmosis in the production of maple syrup. Of course, the trip would not be complete without a taste of taffy. Scott Fourney, Jim’s neighbour, also invites you to stop by at his “museum” to view his amazing collection of antique farm tractors and machinery from days of yore. This is truly a Canadian adventure.
